Steamed Fresh Fish

Materials

Fresh fish,Ginger, Spring Onion, Soy Sauce

Process

Cleaning out the fish viscera out and slice 2 strokes on fish back

Put the steam rack in and boiled the water

Put the fish on the rack and steam

Steam for a while according to the weight (if the fish weight around 1.1 lb,steam for 6 minutes)

Stir fry the shredded ginger and sliced spring onion

Take the fish out and pour the hot oil with ginger and spring onion

Pour soy sauce to add more tastes

Story

I used to enjoy this dish very much in my childhood and as growing up I lost my interest in it. It is common to eat in my hometown. In addition, it is my father's favorite dish so my mother cooks it when my father return home for meal. It attaches to plenty of things in my family. Even we have the same dish in various restaurants, but I think my mother's version is the best of all and I miss it very much after leaving home for such a long time.
