Materials
Dried Abalones, Chicken, Bones (Chicken,Fish,Pork), Fish Maws, Sea Cucumbers, Shrimps, Ginger, Spring Onion
Process
Soak the dried abalones, fish maws and sea cucumbers for at least 24 hours
Make the soup with all the bones beforehand for use
Put shrimps into boiled water and drain them after is well-cooked
Fried ginger slices with oil, put the soaked materials in and stir them with soy sauce
After well-mixed, put the soup in without bones and boiled for some time
When all the materials are good to go, then put the shrimps in and put the cover on to steam for seconds
Sprinkle the spring onion slices to decorate and turn off the stove
Story
It is a dish that is not frequently to have because of its long-time preparation. That is a reason I remembered the taste so deeply. I don't ask my mother to make easily due to the high focus in preparation. It only appears when something important happen such as birthdays and returning home after a long period.
